INFORMATION AND TERMS FOR FAMILY AND COUPLE PHOTO SESSIONS
- Session locations: sessions mainly take place outdoors, in public places that I know and choose for their setting and light. On request, a session can also be held on your private property, including at your home.
- Sessions in flower fields (lavender, poppies, etc.): these crops are usually on private property. If you would like your session in this kind of setting, it is up to you to choose the place, give me its location and obtain the owner's permission beforehand. The choice of location and any consequences of using it are your responsibility, subject to applicable law.
- Family photo sessions: outdoor sessions are limited to 6 people.
- Solo portrait sessions: these sessions are exclusively for one person, outdoors.
- Nature of the services: couple, family and portrait sessions are intended for private use, as a classic photo session. They cannot replace a wedding, ceremony, marriage proposal, event or any other photography service with its own offer and pricing. The type of session must be specified when booking so that I can offer you the most suitable service.
- Photo selection: for packages with a set number of photographs, your selection must be sent to me by email or text message within 2 months of the session. After this period, the selection gallery may be deleted and delivery of the photographs can no longer be guaranteed.
- Photo delivery: the selected photographs are carefully retouched and delivered in digital format, in a private online gallery available for 4 months. It is up to you to download your photographs during this period. To keep your memories safe, I recommend keeping several copies on different media (computer, hard drive, USB stick or online storage).
- Extra photographs: you can buy extra photographs at €15 each. Each photograph is carefully retouched and delivered in digital format.
- Gift vouchers: the voucher is personal and valid for 6 months from its issue date, for the package stated and for a couple, family or portrait session. It cannot be used for another service or deducted from its price. It is delivered in digital format once payment has been received. Once the legal 14-day withdrawal period after purchase has expired, it is neither refundable, exchangeable nor extendable. On the day of the session, extra photographs are still available at €15 each.
- Travel costs: travel is included for sessions within a 15 km road distance of my business address in Carpentras, whatever the location. Beyond this distance, extra costs apply. The distance is calculated using the GPS road route from my business address to the session location.
- Weather conditions: if bad weather prevents the session from taking place in good conditions, we can agree on a new date, depending on our respective availability.
- Payment methods: bank transfer, cheque, cash, or credit card and PayPal through secure online payment on the website.
- Payment: the service must be paid no later than the day of the session. For gift vouchers, payment is required before the voucher is delivered.
- Right of withdrawal: if you book remotely (website, email, phone), you have 14 days from booking to change your mind, without giving any reason. If you would like the session to take place before the end of this period, just ask me: once the session has been fully carried out, withdrawal is no longer possible. All terms and the withdrawal form are in the Terms and Conditions.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Booking: online (card, PayPal or 4 interest-free instalments), or with "Pay another way" to pay by bank transfer, cheque or cash.
2. The session: payment is due at the latest at the end of the session, in cash or by cheque if you prefer.
3. Your private gallery: a few days later, your photos in preview (low resolution, with watermark).
4. Your selection: you send me your favorite photos by email or text message. Each extra photo beyond your package is €15.
5. Delivery: once the session has been paid in full, extras included, you receive your retouched photos in high definition, without watermark.
6. As a bonus: you can order prints and photo products directly from your gallery.

Pay in 4 interest-free instalments with PayPal, or in one go by credit card or PayPal. Choose your package and tick the terms: you will then reach the secure payment page. We will set the date and location together afterwards. Pay in 4 is subject to PayPal approval.

MARRIAGE PROPOSAL

INFORMATION AND TERMS FOR MARRIAGE PROPOSAL PHOTO SESSIONS
- Length of the service: the marriage proposal photo session includes 1 hour of presence, covering the proposal itself and the couple photos taken afterwards.
- Location of the proposal: the photos are taken outdoors, at the place of your choice. We define it together beforehand, to prepare the session as well as possible and take into account the photographic possibilities and the light.
- Private places and permissions: if you wish to hold your proposal in a private place, such as an estate, a garden or a flower field (lavender, poppies, etc.), it is up to you to obtain the owner's permission beforehand. The choice of location and any consequences of using it are your responsibility, subject to applicable law.
- Number of participants: this service is exclusively for a marriage proposal between two people.
- Nature of the service: this package is exclusively for a photo report of a marriage proposal. It cannot replace a wedding, ceremony, event or any other photography service with its own offer and pricing. The type of session must be specified when booking so that I can offer you the most suitable service.
- Photo selection and retouching: I personally make a careful selection of the photographs, keeping the successful images that best represent the moment and leaving out duplicates and technically unsatisfactory shots. The selected photographs are then carefully retouched. The number of photographs delivered may vary depending on how the session goes.
- Photo delivery: the photographs are delivered in digital format, in a private online gallery available for 4 months. It is up to you to download them during this period. WEDDING PHOTO RATES
Wedding coverage is planned around your schedule, the locations and the time available for photography. The packages provide consecutive hours of coverage, according to the agreed service. To prepare a quote, I need your wedding date to check availability, the venue to assess any travel costs, and the approximate coverage you have in mind. We can then discuss the package or a tailored quote. The photographs selected for delivery are edited and supplied as high-resolution digital files through a private gallery that you can share with your guests. Prints and other products can be ordered separately. Share your plans so we can discuss the preparations, ceremonies, portraits and reception moments you would like photographed.
