A family photo session should feel like your family, not a succession of poses. I let children move, play and laugh, then gently guide them when the moment feels right. Parents and grandparents find their place too, without having to perform for the camera. This allows me to photograph the gestures, looks and connections between you without interrupting the rhythm of the moment.

I begin by observing your family and letting everyone find their place. Children can move, play and laugh. I suggest simple things that help them take part rather than asking them to hold a pose. This also helps parents and grandparents relax. Together we choose somewhere you will feel comfortable and a time that suits the children’s rhythm as well as the light. I work throughout the Vaucluse, Luberon, Alpilles and Bouches-du-Rhône with families who live in Provence or are visiting for a few days. The session can take place in French or English. The photographs are carefully edited to preserve the colours, gestures, smiles and atmosphere of the moment.
